Terminix: a testimonial
CoStar contracted Motion Lab in 2023 to produce a testimonial from Rentokil Terminix about how it has implemented CoStar’s new Real Estate management software. This entailed bringing in professionals form all over the United States to Memphis, Tennessee in order to make this project happen. The testimonial tells the story of how William Brick enlightened his boss, Richard, about how great the software is, and how it’s transformed the way they do business.
The Technicals
Cameras: Sony FX9 (A Cam), Sony FX6 (B Cam), Sony FX3 (Gimbal)

Matt’s role on the project:
Matt filled the role of Producer & Camera Operator on this project, with an accompanying crew of 4 members (Director, Director of Photography, Grip, & Make-Up Artist ). Matt guided his crew throughout the three phases of production to provide CoStar with a deliverable that showcases why their software is worth the investment.
Coordinating a project where everybody lives in different parts of the nation can be troublesome. We were able to plan this project to bring our local team from the DMV to Memphis, Tennessee, and make the project happen with any hiccups.
